Yes, we carry full professional liability and equipment insurance covering both our photography and videography work, to protect ourselves and our clients in the unlikely event of an accident or incident during the wedding.

For our wedding films we use high-quality audio equipment to capture clear and accurate sound during the ceremony and reception. We typically use a combination of lavalier microphones on the bride and groom, and directional microphones to capture the vows, speeches, and other important audio. Cinematic wedding videography in Cyprus starts from €1,795 for standalone coverage and scales with hours and deliverables. Combined photo and film bookings work out meaningfully less than booking the two separately. See our combined coverage packages.

For peak Cyprus wedding months (May, June, September, October) we recommend booking 12 to 18 months in advance. For other months 6 to 12 months is usually fine. Availability for the current calendar year is shown on enquiry.

We typically take a 25% deposit at booking to secure the date, with the balance due four weeks before the wedding. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to a new date in case of postponement.

Cyprus is sunny for 9 to 10 months of the year, but we always plan for weather backup. Indoor ceremony alternatives are confirmed with the venue, and our equipment is fully weather-sealed. A short rain shower will not affect the coverage at all.

Photography galleries are delivered within 6 weeks. Highlight wedding films take 8 to 12 weeks. Feature-length wedding videos with full ceremony and speeches take 10 to 14 weeks. Sneak peeks are usually shared within a week of the wedding.

Full-day coverage on our Essence collection delivers 400+ fully edited images, and extended Signature coverage delivers 700+ curated images. Those are minimums we stand behind rather than a quota — the final gallery always reflects the actual day.

No, we deliver only fully edited, finished images. Editing is a meaningful part of the work and the RAW files are not in a state intended for client use. This is industry standard.

Photos are delivered through a private online gallery you can download from, share with family, and order prints through. Films are delivered as high-quality MP4 downloads plus a private streaming link.

Yes, for larger weddings (typically 100+ guests) or weddings with multiple parallel events (prep at separate locations, first looks, etc.) we offer second-shooter coverage as a per-event add-on.

Yes, with restrictions. We hold a Cyprus drone operator certificate and follow all DCA (Department of Civil Aviation) rules. Some venues near airports or military zones have restrictions which we confirm before each wedding.

For coverage of 6+ hours, a hot meal during the guest dinner is genuinely appreciated. We work continuously through the day and the break to eat is built into the timeline. Most venues handle this as standard.

Yes — we offer dedicated wedding live streaming with HD video, clear ceremony audio, and reliable backup connections. Family can watch on any device with a streaming link. See our live streaming service.

We bring our own 4G/5G backup connections in addition to the venue WiFi, so bandwidth on the venue side is rarely a problem. Viewers on the other end need a standard broadband connection (5+ Mbps).

Yes — we work within a trusted network of Cyprus wedding photographers. In the unlikely case of illness or emergency, a vetted replacement of equivalent experience will cover your wedding. This has happened exactly once in 10 years.

Yes. We have shot weddings across Greece, Italy, Spain, and the UK. Travel and accommodation costs apply for off-island weddings — itemised in the quote.

We include reasonable post-delivery edit requests (colour adjustments, removing unwanted objects, light retouching) within the original booking. Major re-edits or full re-touches are quoted separately.
