The venue

Liopetro photographs like very few wedding venues in Cyprus. It is built from pale stone, set into the Paphos countryside, with open courtyards that catch the light differently as the day moves. Mornings sit cool and bright. Afternoons settle into deeper, contoured shadow. By early evening the stone holds warmth long after the sun has dropped, which is why so many of the best Liopetro photographs are made in the last hour of daylight.

The day

Daniel and Bailey kept the day unhurried. There was room for the small things — a held hand, a half-turned look across a courtyard, a quiet exchange during the speeches that nobody else clocked. Those are the moments a preview set should lead with, because they read straight away.

The portraits were shot late, with the courtyard already cooling into evening. We stayed close to the venue itself rather than pulling away for landscapes, because the architecture was already doing the work.
